The best guac recipe


This is my dad's recipe for Guacamole.. the KEY to making this perfect is in the avacado. It's gotta be a mexican avacado, and its gotta be ripe. When you squeeze it, it has to be just a little soft. Any even slightly unripe avacado will be disastrous.
3 avacados
1/2 lime, squeezed on top
1/4 cup grape tomatos, cut in 1/4ths.
2 Tbsp cilantro finely chopped
1/8 cup onion finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 a cerrano pepper
Smush together, and enjoy. Keep the pit in the bowl to preserve color and freshness.
